We are keeping the hall as safe as possible for staff and users, following guidance regarding cleaning, sanitisation and social distancing, so all of the activities below will have restricted places which require booking in advance. Most classes have an online alternative available.

Get Fit, Stay Fit - Tuesday & Friday

Pilates - Monday, Tuesday & Friday

Dance With Ping - Thursday

1:30 - 2:15pm  Club Latin Making fitness fun again! Lose yourself in some fiery, sultry, latin beats & rhythms whilst you groove your way to a more lithe and light-footed you. Includes aerobics-style and simple choreography sections. (Difficulty: All Levels & Ages. Type: Cardio. Pre-requisites: None)  2:30 - 3:15pm Mindful Movement Come and anchor yourself in the present. In each class, you'll experience a variety of exercises to music, focusing on breathing, posture & body awareness. (Difficulty: All Levels & Ages. Type: Low-Impact & Meditative. Pre-requisites: None) Limited class sizes, so please email for more information & to register.
