Welcome to Thorner Victory Hall Tennis Club. New members are always very welcome!
We are a small, friendly little club set in an idyllic location surrounded by nature. We have 2 floodlit Macadam courts meaning play is all year round.
Playing Tennis
All are welcome to come along to club sessions on Sunday mornings from 10:30am. This is a perfect opportunity to play some social tennis with other club
members and is open to all levels.
Coaching Programme
If you are looking for more focused coaching sessions, a comprehensive coaching programme for both adults and juniors, run by Nicola Tweedy, is available (following necessary social distancing/safety precautions). Being a Part of the Club
We have the opportunity for members to play in the local leagues and a range of junior teams against other clubs. Internal club competitions are also run and are open to all members. Social events have been on hold of course, but we hope to re-establish them when the world allows.
Subscriptions for new members from 1st April:
Junior – £30
Intermediate – £40
Adult – £80
Couple – £140

COVID19
We adhere to LTA guidance following any government updates. Hand sanitiser is available for players on court. To ensure everyone is aware of the safety measures and help fairness, players do need to be members of the club and book courts to play. There is currently no guest access. We use the LTA booking system, access details are available to members.
